Responsibilities

Coordinates daily activities of scheduling staff. Monitors work of assigned staff and acts as a professional resource. Acts as a professional liaison for staff, other hospitals, personnel, and physician offices.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:1. Two (2) years clerical experience, with 6 month of supervisory experience, or 3 years ofclerical clinical experience.2. Ability to type forty (40) words per minute.3. Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology.4. Demonstrated problem-solving skills.5. Demonstrated knowledge and skill in the utilization of computer applications.6. Demonstrated organizational and communication/customer service skills
