About the Role:

Location: St Cloud, Minnesota, onsite only position

Hours: 10 hours per week potential additional hours in the summer season

Pay: $21 per hour

Benefits: 401k, paid time off, paid holidays.

The Leasing Consultant plays a pivotal role in the real estate and rental industry by serving as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants seeking affordable housing options. This position is responsible for guiding clients through the leasing process, ensuring they understand all terms and conditions while providing exceptional customer service. The Leasing Consultant will manage inquiries, conduct property tours, and assist with application processing to facilitate timely and efficient occupancy. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Previous experience in leasing or property management within the real estate industry.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
