*Job Overview* Assist, Inc. is a small family-owned business providing Intensive Behavioral Health Services throughout the communities of Cambria County. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Behavioral Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, providing behavioral therapy and support tailored to their unique needs. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis and patient care will be essential in helping clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. *Responsibilities* * Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. * Provide direct behavioral therapy to children and individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. * Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. * Maintain accurate medical documentation, including intake forms, medical records, and progress notes, while adhering to HIPAA regulations. * Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care. * Offer training and support to caregivers on effective behavioral strategies. * Stay informed about best practices in special education and behavioral health. *Experience* * Proven experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities. * Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques. * Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment, and medical documentation processes. * Experience in data collection methods relevant to behavioral health interventions. * Knowledge of special education practices is preferred but not required. * Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
