We are hiring for a Hybrid/Flex role specifically designed for those who want their weekdays back. This position combines scheduled service repairs with on-call emergency response, offering a streamlined, high-impact schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install and repair commercial plumbing systems including water heaters, lift stations, domestic boilers, water supply lines, drainage systems, gas lines, and fixtures
• Interpret blueprints and building plans to determine plumbing layouts and material requirements
• Perform routine maintenance on commercial-grade equipment such as boilers, water heaters, lift stations, pumps, and backflow preventers
• Diagnose plumbing issues using testing equipment and industry techniques
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and local regulations
• Prepare cost estimates for labor, materials, and timelines
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for clients and internal teams

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Journeyman or Master Plumber license (Required)
• Minimum 2 years of Commercial Service Plumbing experience
• Must have a valid Drivers License (Required)
• Experience with commercial plumbing systems and large scale installations
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
• Proficiency with plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment
• Physical stamina for lifting, climbing, and working in tight spaces
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Backflow certification (Preferred)
• Experience with lift stations and boiler diagnostics

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Commercial Sites, restaurants, hotels, apartments, industrial facilities, and medical buildings
• Indoor and outdoor work in varying conditions
