The Entry-Level Light Maintenance Technician serves as an assistant role within our manufacturing facility's maintenance department, focusing on basic upkeep and routine maintenance tasks. This supportive position is designed to handle minor repairs, perform preventative maintenance activities, and assist skilled technicians with more complex projects. The role plays a vital part in maintaining facility cleanliness, functionality, and safety through consistent attention to routine maintenance needs while developing foundational maintenance skills under proper supervision.
