What You Will Do: 

  • Prepare and cook dishes with speed, accuracy, and consistency. 
  • Own your station from setup to breakdown, keeping it stocked and clean. 
  • Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines. 
  • Operate and care for kitchen equipment safely. 
  • Jump in where needed to support the team; adaptability is key. 
  • Take pride in every plate as your work shapes the guest experience. 

What You Bring: 

  • At least a year of full-service cooking or similar experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting 
  • Knowledge of food prep, cooking basics, and food safety. 
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills 
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a team-player mindset 
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Florida Food Handler Certification (will be required after 60 days of employment) 

Physical Demands and Work Environment  

  • The noise level in the work environment is high.
  • The environment is generally hot.
  • Must possess the ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
