Litigation Attorney - Workers' Compensation
As it proudly celebrates 80 years of service and legal excellence, Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Workers Compensation Department. The ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years of experience in defense of workers compensation and be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
The firm operates under a hybrid work schedule, allowing attorneys to work remotely for a portion of the workweek. Specific scheduling details will be discussed during the interview process.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of defense litigation experience
* Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
* Active admission to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
* Experience with Pennsylvania Heart and Lung Act matters is a plus, but not required
