LHH is partnering with a leading law firm in Greensboro, NC, to hire an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in commercial litigation. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional to join a dynamic team and play a key role in supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and other legal documents

• Assist with case management, including organizing and maintaining case files, trial binders, and exhibits

• Conduct legal and factual research to support case preparation

• Manage deadlines, track court filings, and coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, and clients

• Provide trial preparation support, including witness coordination and document production

• Support attorneys with hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of paralegal experience, with a focus on commercial litigation

• Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures, e-filing, and litigation deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and litigation support software

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred
