This opportunity offers varied shift options, supervised practice, and the chance to provide anesthesia care for adult and geriatric surgical patients in a Level III trauma setting.

The Role:

• Location: Wyandotte, MI
• Assignment duration: 6/1/2026 - 8/31/2026 (91 days)
• Number of positions: 2
• Position type: Travel (local providers only)
• Schedule: Varied 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, Monday - Friday. Occasional weekend coverage. Typical expectation 40 hours/week; willing to consider providers for 20 or 30 hours/week.
• Supervision: Supervised CRNA model
• Patient population: Adult and Geriatric
• Procedures: General surgical cases (adult patients)
• Trauma Level: Level III
• Operating Rooms: 10
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 - 120 days (temporary privileges have been approved)
• Travel/Local: Local providers only; mileage reimbursed. Client does not reimburse for background checks or application/credentialing fees.
• Weekend description: Once-a-month option (can have more if preferred)

Required / Preferred Qualifications & Documents:

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - REQUIRED
• Active Michigan RN license in hand at time of presentation - REQUIRED
• BLS - REQUIRED
• ACLS - REQUIRED
• PALS - REQUIRED
• AANA membership - highly preferred
• Experience with Epic EMR - preferred
• Clean malpractice and license history - REQUIRED (no exceptions)
• Most recent NPDB self-query report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED at presentation (no exemption)
• Willingness to work varied shifts - REQUIRED
