DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in the North Brunswick, NJ area. In this contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination of shipments and providing exceptional support to internal teams and customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the logistics industry while contributing to efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with airline agencies to monitor shipment statuses and provide timely updates.
• Notify customers about equipment status and delivery timelines.
• Follow up with carriers to ensure accurate and prompt deliveries.
• Maintain detailed records of shipment data using Excel and other tools.
• Prepare and share delivery orders with carriers to meet deadlines.
• Print and organize documents according to company guidelines.
• Handle administrative tasks, including purchasing office supplies using a company card.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to resolve issues and streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks.
