Job Description
Low Voltage Technician / Property Maintenance Technician
DataTrust Technologies is looking for a dependable, hands on team member to assist with low voltage installations, property maintenance, and general field work. This is not a programming or IT support position. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, being outdoors, solving practical problems, and helping complete projects.
This role is a mix of:
• Low voltage cable installation
• Basic handyman and maintenance work
• Property upkeep
• Equipment mounting and installation
• Light construction assistance
Typical Duties:
• Run and secure low voltage cabling
• Mount wireless access points, cameras, antennas, and equipment enclosures
• Assist with structured cabling projects
• Spray weeds and maintain parking lots and outdoor areas
• Blow leaves and maintain rental properties
• Perform general handyman tasks
• Assist technicians with physical installation work
• Use ladders, hand tools, drills, and basic power tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site
What This Position Is NOT:
• No programming
• No advanced IT troubleshooting
• No help desk work
• No networking certifications required
• No prior technical experience required
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat and weather
• Comfortable on ladders and using tools
• Dependable and self motivated
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
• Clean and professional appearance

Pay:
Pay based on experience.
Location:
Based out of Loxley, Alabama with travel to local job sites throughout the area.
