As an LPN Medication Nurse, you provide licensed nursing support through safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation. What You'll Do: - Administer medications and treatments per physician orders - Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration - Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time - Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief - Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly - Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs) - Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates - Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes - Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards You play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence. What We're Looking For: - Active LPN license in good standing - CPR and First Aid certification - Strong assessment and documentation skills - Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred LPN Medication Nurse - Deliver Safe, Accurate Care That Protects Resident Health LPN Medication Nurse | Licensed Practical Nurse | Medication Administration | Senior Living | MAR/TAR | Resident Care Pay Range: 32.00 - 46.15 Why Work With Us Competitive pay, meaningful work, and opportunities for professional growth.
