Then this Maintenance Technician could be the right fit for you. Job Responsibilities: Remove and install injection molds according to production requirements. Prepare molds for service, including cleaning, inspection, and setup. Document all mold maintenance, repairs, and modifications in accordance with company standards. Troubleshoot mechanical systems on presses and support equipment. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas required for mechanical repair and maintenance. Coordinate maintenance activities with production priorities to ensure asset readiness. Perform daily tooling and machine troubleshooting to support uninterrupted operations. Request schedule adjustments when necessary to meet maintenance or production needs. Load press programs and initialize production runs. Complete additional duties as assigned by Management. Job Qualifications: Must pass pre?employment drug screening and background check. Must sign confidentiality and non?compete agreements. Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with ERP systems preferred. Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift. English fluency in reading and writing.
