Maître D’ - Bar Oliver

• Highly front-facing, fast-paced role with floor leadership responsibility
• 4–5 days per week expected
• Must be comfortable leading the floor and running service when the GM is not in house
• Strong wine knowledge and genuine passion for wine are required; wine sales are a major part of this role
• Solid food knowledge and interest in the menu are important
• Resy experience managing reservations, pacing, walk-ins, and guest notes is required
• Coffee experience is required, including comfort operating an espresso machine
• Organization is a core expectation; we expect active improvement of systems, not just maintenance of existing standards
• Assist the GM with operational tasks during downtime
• Tasks may include wine cellar organization and inventory, station organization, menu printing, and maintaining overall cleanliness
• Tip-based compensation; listed estimates are conservative
• Seating and earning potential increase significantly during warmer months due to outdoor seating
