The Role

This is a hands-on, content-driven marketing role for someone who can write consistently, think strategically, and grow into a well-rounded marketing generalist.

You’ll own day-to-day content execution (social, newsletter, blog), while also helping shape campaigns, messaging, and distribution that support inbound, outbound, ABM, and GTM efforts.

What We’re Looking For
  • A content-first marketer who can write, ship, and iterate consistently (social, newsletter, blog)
  • Ability to connect content to broader marketing strategy (inbound, campaigns, GTM, ABM)
  • Thinks beyond individual posts and helps build campaigns, messaging, and distribution plans
  • Interested in growing into a true marketing generalist across multiple channels
  • Strong ownership mindset: organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Collaborative and comfortable working closely with founders and the sales team
  • Curious and proactive—willing to learn, test, and iterate quickly

ResponsibilitiesContent & Campaign Execution
  • Own and execute content production across:

    • Social media
    • Newsletter
    • Blog
  • Turn ideas, priorities, and business goals into a content calendar and campaign plan
  • Repurpose content into multiple formats and improve distribution across channels
Marketing Initiatives
  • Help build marketing initiatives that support:

    • Inbound demand generation
    • ABM and outbound sales support
    • GTM campaigns and launches
  • Create and manage a founder-led content strategy (voice, cadence, repurposing)
Performance & Optimization
  • Support basic performance tracking and reporting across:

    • Content performance
    • Email performance
    • Website traffic
    • Campaign tracking
  • Use insights to improve messaging, formats, and distribution over time

Marketing Tools (Must-Have / Strong Plus)
  • Comfortable using AI / LLM tools to improve marketing output and speed(ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
  • Experience with content and workflow tools:

    • Canva
    • Asana
    • Beehiiv
  • Basic working knowledge of HubSpot (CRM and marketing fundamentals)
Marketing Knowledge
  • Basic understanding of marketing metrics and analytics:

    • Content performance
    • Email performance
    • Website traffic
    • Campaign tracking
  • Social media management experience (especially founder-led content)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO (keywords, on-page best practices, content structure)
  • Understanding of inbound marketing and how content supports lead generation and sales
