Med/Surg Service Line Nurse Residency Program
Full-time & Part-time | Day-shift & Night-shift
Our Medical-Surgical Nurse Residency Program helps new grad or experienced nurses strengthen their critical thinking, communication, and clinical skills through hands-on experience and guided mentorship. You'll learn from Advanced Nurse Clinicians and leaders who support your growth every step of the way-both in the classroom and at the bedside. Start your career with confidence at Mercy St. Louis

➤ NO CONTRACT Sign-on Bonus Available

➤ Shift Differential Pay: Days, Nights, Weekends
➤ Stay Pay Program - $2/hr on your productive time (24/7 bedside eligible position) at your 2, 5, 10, and 20 year anniversary at Mercy (up to $8/hr)
➤ LPN > RN Bridge Program Assistance
➤ RN > BSN Bridge Program (up to $16,000)
➤Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 annually for continuing education
➤ PTO begins accruing immediately - including a volunteer day
