Job Description

MIG Welder

2nd shift

$22.00-$23.00

Responsible for the fabrication and welding ensuring high quality and adherence to production standards. This role requires proficiency in MIG welding, jig setup, and the ability to work with various metals, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Job Duties:

• Be able to set up straight section jigs to width of tray and rung spacing
• Be able to weld all basic types of ladder-type trays
• Set up welding guns for both steel, stainless steel, and aluminum parts
• Responsible for maintaining quality and production standards

Qualifications:

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge and Experience:

• Required:
• Ability to pass a welding test
• MIG welding experience
• Willingness to work with a computer
• English language proficiency, both written and spoken
• Ability to read blueprints

Preferred:

• Completed welding school
