The Mortgage Loan Originator reports directly to the Senior Mortgage Loan Officer. The Mortgage Loan Originator is responsible for soliciting, generating, and closing real estate loans for the bank. The Mortgage Loan Originator interviews loan applicants, generating, negotiating, and coordinating the closing of mortgage loans as well and handles phone inquires regarding home loans. This position is also responsible for the maintenance of mortgage loans, and in the event of delinquency, the collection of loan payments. This position will also help sell bank products and generate new business opportunities for the bank. This person will be responsible to make business development calls, concentrating on the real estate market, with the goal of generating additional volume for the bank. PIed15afd3ee8e-
