End Date: TBD Description: Sunrise Children s Hospital in Las Vegas NV is actively seeking a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a nationally respected high-acuity Level III NICU team where 24/7 collaborative care advanced neonatal interventions like ECMO and strong pediatric subspecialist support make it an ideal environment for professional growth and meaningful impact. Job Description:As a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in this dynamic and highly specialized setting you will:Join a collaborative team of 13 neonatologists and 12 advanced practice providers NNPs/PAsDeliver patient-centered care in a 72-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 60Manage complex and critical neonatal cases including ELBW infants

Utilize advanced technologies such as:Neonatal ECMOJet and oscillatory high-frequency ventilation

Inhaled nitric oxide iNOWhole-body cooling for HIEParticipate in dedicated neonatal resuscitation and transport teams

Collaborate with full-spectrum pediatric subspecialists including cardiovascular surgery

Integrate care within a comprehensive pediatric ecosystem PICU CVICU pediatric ERContribute to a high-performing compassionate care model focused on innovation and outcomes
