Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a highly regarded academic hospital system in an outpatient neuroscience setting. Affiliation with a hospital system known for clinical excellence and innovation Job Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive neurological evaluations, including patient history, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments
Manage and treat patients with a variety of neurological conditions, such as migraines, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson s disease, and stroke recovery
Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and coordinating therapies
Educate patients and families on neurological conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications
Collaborate with neurologists, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and evidence-based care
Order and interpret imaging, laboratory tests, and other diagnostic procedures
Participate in clinical research initiatives and quality improvement programs
Provide follow-up care, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary Qualifications: Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner Neuroscience or neurology experience required Strong clinical acumen with the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
