Job Description

Physician Practice Enhancement is seeking Nurse Practitioner for a subacute facility in beautiful Beacon, NJ

Wingate at Beacon is a nurturing nursing home in Beacon, NY, offering personalized long-term care. With skilled nursing, rehabilitation, memory care, and wellness programs, the facility is committed to enhancing the quality of life for its residents in a comfortable and supportive environment.

Salary is $75 per hour

8 hr shifts Monday – Friday

EMR Point Click Care

Census 18-20 patients per day

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide diagnosis and treatment for acute and chronic illnesses.
• Administer medical imaging procedures as necessary to assist in patient diagnosis.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Experience

• A valid New York Nurse Practitioner license is required.
• Proficiency in utilizing healthcare systems for patient management and documentation.
• Knowledge of current standards of practice in nursing and healthcare delivery.
