Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Occupational Therapist needed for a contractual maternity leave assignment within a dynamic school district in Greenville, SC. This opportunity is ideal for a dedicated OT professional with a passion for supporting students' developmental and educational needs in a school setting. Assignment Details: * Location: Primarily Pelham Road Elementary, with additional responsibilities at East North Street Academy and Greenville Academy in Greenville, SC * Dates: Approximately April 9th, 2026 through May 22nd, 2026 * Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) preferred; part-time candidates will also be considered * Caseload: Approximately 70 students, mostly at Pelham Road Elementary; includes a few middle school students at Greenville Academy and supervision responsibilities at East North Street Academy one day per week (support available for supervision if preferred) Key Qualifications: * Active South Carolina Occupational Therapist license * Prior experience working as an OT in a school environment preferred * Ability to manage a varied caseload across multiple schools with effective time management and organizational skills * Comfortable collaborating with other school staff and supervising a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Primary Responsibilities: * Provide direct occupational therapy services to students to enhance their educational performance and participation * Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized therapy plans * Monitor and support COTA activities during designated supervision days * Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and professional standards Benefits: * Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student development and educational success * Experience working within a supportive and collaborative school environment * Flexible scheduling with consideration for full-time or part-time availability This role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to student well-being during a critical staffing period.
