Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) role is available to serve students ages 3-22 within a public school district located in Everett, WA. This onsite position runs from ASAP through June 12, 2026, with the opportunity to continue for the 2026-2027 school year. The role requires providing district-wide school-based therapy services, supporting a caseload of approximately 70 students alongside an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Key Responsibilities: * Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to student needs in a school environment. * Collaborate with educators, families, and other school staff to support student development and participation. * Maintain documentation and IEP compliance in accordance with state and federal guidelines. * Provide direct therapy services to students ages 3-22 across the district. Qualifications: * Valid Washington State Occupational Therapy license. * Experience working as an OT in schools is preferred but not required. * Ability to engage with a diverse student population with a range of developmental needs. * Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with school personnel and families. Location: Everett, WA (Onsite only) This contract position offers a structured full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, providing the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a supportive team environment.
