Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) position is available for the full 25/26 school year in Mankato, MN. This opportunity involves serving a K-12 caseload of approximately 40 students across two school sites, providing vital occupational therapy services to support student development and academic success. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students in a school setting, addressing sensory, motor, and functional needs. * Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). * Conduct assessments, document progress, and modify treatment plans to meet student goals. * Participate in team meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary approach for student support. * Manage caseload efficiently across two school sites, ensuring consistent quality of care. Qualifications and Experience: * Current Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) license. * Experience working within school environments with K-12 students preferred. * Strong knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy practices. * Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 40 students. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
