As part of the AMJ team, you'll be at the heart of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from office management to client support and editorial tasks.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage daily office operations, including booking travel and liaising with IT support.
  • Assist with sales administration, CRM updates, and diary management.
  • Provide editorial support, including commissioning, social media, and managing our newsletter.
  • Help drive project momentum by tracking timelines and ensuring flawless delivery.

  • Hours: 8.30am – 5pm, Mon-Fri
  • Location: This role is based onsite in our Miami office
