Office Manager
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Office Manager job in Denver, CO. This is a TEMPORARY job opportunity that is expected to last 4-6 weeks. Depending on our client's needs and your performance, this role may get extended.
You will earn between $27.00 and $34.00 per hour in this role.
Responsibilities:-Greeting guests at the front desk-Answering phones and transferring calls-Working with Property Management to resolve facilities issues-Serving as the point of contact for all vendors-Conducting new hire orientation-Maintaining all office equipment-Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen-Managing inventory-Sorting incoming and outgoing mail-Managing the conference room and ordering catering-Scheduling appointments and organizing calendars
Qualifications:-At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role-Excellent attention to detail-Excellent customer service skills-Excellent organizational skills-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation:-Hourly rate between $27.00 and $34.00
