We are seeking an entry-level Associate to join our Asset Servicing Dividend department. The ideal candidate will be a recent college graduate with strong analytical and communication skills, eager to deliver excellence in income processing and reconciliation for a variety of securities, including Corporate Bonds, Money Market Instruments, Treasuries, and other government notes.

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming and outgoing income events for multiple clients, including handling high-value wire payments and sensitive client information.
• Reconcile funds and research discrepancies to ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Respond to and resolve inquiries via email and telephone in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain training manuals and procedural documentation.
• Escalate and clearly communicate issues or trends to internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in periodic audits of work product and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Preferable: Familiarity with Broadridge tools (including but not limited to BPS or Impact ICI).
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently after completion of training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate assertively and professionally.
• Must be able to work in the Newark, NJ office as per the company's hybrid work schedule.

Salary range $65,000.00-$75,000.00 USD. Bonus Eligible.
