Trinity is seeking a dedicated Oracle EPM Cloud Administrator to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Cloud Planning, FCCS, ARCS, Narrative Reporting, EDMCS, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing exceptional support, maintenance and enhancements for the cloud applications.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive support for Oracle EPM Cloud applications, ensuring system proficiency and continuous guidance for users and functional administrators.
· Manage Oracle EPM Cloud infrastructure, including script management, system maintenance, and software testing.
· Perform Oracle EPM Cloud Functional Support duties, such as reviewing monthly patch updates, managing action items, and maintaining app performance.
· Provide ongoing support by assisting with queries, training, and forecast updates.
· Handle ad-hoc enhancements and changes, including the creation of new reports, alternate hierarchies, data mappings, business rules and integrations.
· Evaluate and implement additional enhancements for EPM modules on a case-by-case basis, introducing new functionalities and improvements.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required.
· 4+ years' experience in a similar role, with a deep understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud applications and infrastructure.
· Experience in managing cloud environments, performing system maintenance, and providing functional support.
· A history of successful enhancements and changes in a cloud environment, as well as the ability to evaluate and implement new modules or functionalities required.
· Oracle EPM Cloud certification preferred
