Job DescriptionPosition Overview:

This position is for our Bryan Texas Location
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Equipment Parts Manager to oversee the procurement, inventory, and distribution of parts for our equipment fleet and our local customer accounts. This role ensures parts availability, cost efficiency, and smooth operations across our service and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking.
  • Manage a team of fellow parts associates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Monitor stock levels and forecast demand to prevent shortages or overstock.
  • Implement inventory control systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely parts delivery.
  • Prepare job quotes for customer service jobs and parts only invoices
  • Track and report on inventory performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a parts Manager or in a similar role (equipment, automotive, or machinery industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Functional capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Regular and prompt attendance
