Your work environment at EXP
In this role, you will be a part of the Payroll team, of the Shared Services Sector, based in Maitland, Florida office.
What a day at EXP has in store for you
- Process new hire paperwork and employee changes for 1000 + employees in multiple states
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 1000+ employees using ADP Workforce Now.
- Maintain employee records in ADP, company accounting system, and Excel spreadsheets.
- Assist employees with weekly timesheets.
- Review and correct weekly timesheets to comply with federal and state labor regulations.
What your experience looks like
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Accurate data entry skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to maintain confidential information.
- Work well in team environment.
- Minimum 1 year payroll experience
