The Department of Pediatrics at Children s Hospital of Michigan and Central Michigan University (CMU) invite applications and nominations for the position of Division Chief of Pediatric Pulmonology. Located in Detroit, Michigan. This prestigious role offers a visionary leader the opportunity to advance our clinical, educational, and research missions while guiding an established, comprehensive respiratory team.
The Division of Pediatric Pulmonology features a robust clinical footprint, serving a large outpatient and inpatient pediatric pulmonary care. The division is staffed four board-certified pediatric pulmonologists and one physician assistant (PA). The multidisciplinary team also included four dedicated nurses, a clinical social worker (SW), and a registered dietitian.
The Pulmonary Medicine division has a Cystic Fibrosis Foundation accredited Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Center and has a close collaboration with the adult CF center at Harper University Hospital. Together, we are an active member of the national Cystic Fibrosis Therapeutics Development Network (TDN).
Advanced Sleep Program: Features a high-volume, dynamic Sleep Center that includes a multidisciplinary sleep clinic and two dedicated pediatric sleep labs.
