Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Location
This role is based in Greenwood Village, Colorado. The first 90 days are fully in-office for training, integration, and team collaboration. After that, the role transitions to a flexible hybrid model, with attorneys typically coming into the office about two days per week and attending the monthly firm meeting.
Note
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Colorado and in good standing. Litigation experience is preferred, but candidates with strong personal injury experience will also be considered. Candidates without litigation experience should expect to handle a heavier pre-litigation caseload while developing litigation skills.

Job Description
Manage a personal injury caseload involving both pre-litigation and litigation matters.
Develop case strategies designed to maximize client recovery.
Handle cases from intake through settlement, litigation, resolution, or trial.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement demands, and other legal documents.
Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
Argue motions and advocate for clients in virtual and in-person proceedings.
Communicate regularly with clients, adjusters, experts, opposing counsel, and other parties.
Analyze insurance policies, liens, settlement releases, medical records, and case-specific legal issues.
Collaborate closely with paralegals and support staff to keep cases moving efficiently.
Provide compassionate, strategic, and proactive representation to injured clients.
Qualifications
Active Colorado law license in good standing.
3+ years of experience representing clients in a law firm setting.
Personal injury experience required if litigation experience is limited.
Prior litigation experience preferred.
Plaintiff personal injury experience strongly preferred.
Experience with motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediation, and court appearances preferred.
Trial experience is a plus.
Medical malpractice experience is a plus.
Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and client communication skills.
Ability to manage a pre-litigation and litigation caseload independently.
Comfortable using legal case management software.
