  • Compensation: - $226,000 - $250,000 based on experience- $100,000 Signing Bonus through Partnership HealthPlan of California- Relocation assistance as well

By joining our team, you can share in our vision and mission of addressing all of our patient's health needs because we believe that living well is just as important as getting well.DETAILS: - Work as an integral part of our provider staff by participating in our medical/behavioral health team, QA/QI, and additional staff teams with some home visits- Provide and manage direct patient care, infants through the geriatric population- 4 or 5-day work schedules available- 1 full admin day built into your schedule- EMR: Veradigm- Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm, Tuesday is a late start of 9:30 am- Located in the beautiful Northern California Sierra foothills where you can enjoy an easy pace
