Job DescriptionAbout the Role

We're seeking a skilled Plating Technician to perform electrochemical brush plating for production, OEM, repair, and refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform electrochemical brush plating using specialized equipment and solutions

· Follow customer specifications precisely and maintain quality standards

· Design custom tooling and fixtures for efficient plating operations

· Assist with cost estimates and technical support for customers

· Maintain equipment and work environment to high safety standards

Qualifications:

· High school diploma/GED with 3-6 months related experience or equivalent

· Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and occasionally move up to 100 pounds

· Comfortable working with mechanical equipment and chemicals

· Strong attention to detail and quality focus
