Licensed Journeyman Plumber – Direct Hire (Not Temporary)
Location: Weston, WI (service area up to 40 miles)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, Daytime Hours
Pay: $41.25 – $45.00/hr DOE | Overtime 1.5x

This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity offering stable, year-round work, competitive pay, and a supportive team environment.

Day-to-Day:

  • Start each day at the shop in Weston, WI for a quick job briefing
  • Get dispatched to jobs with all necessary tools and materials
  • Company van stays at the shop; no vehicle maintenance worries on the road
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for residential and light commercial projects
  • Handle septic system installations (experience helpful but not required)
  • Cut, assemble, solder, thread, and join PVC, CPVC, PEX, copper, and gas piping
  • Read blueprints and ensure high-quality, code-compliant installations
  • Plan pipe routes, fixture locations, and wall/roof penetrations
  • Manage your jobs independently and keep your materials stocked

What You’ll Need:

  • Current Wisconsin Journeyman Plumber License
  • Valid driver’s license to drive a company vehicle
  • 5+ years of plumbing experience, preferably in construction
  • Ability to read blueprints and work independently
  • Comfortable with all standard piping materials and installation methods
