Job DescriptionGeneral Contractor is seeking Journeyman Plumbers that can perform rough in through top out in various commercial and residential projects. Majority of the work is in Oakland, Berkeley, throughout the East Bay and South Bay.

• Read blue prints, material take-offs, layout out jobs
• Renovation and reconfiguration of existing apartments
• Relocating bathrooms, kitchens, adding washer connections, running gas, waste, and water lines
• Converting spaces into rental units (ADUs), underground work
• Steam fitting is a plus
• Thorough understanding of all applicable building and plumbing codes
• Work independently and with others

English and Spanish speaking preferred but not required
