Porter Job Description

• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and storage.
• Washes, stacks, sorts, and stores dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware. Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Remove trash and recyclables regularly and ensure proper disposal.
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries.
• Restock supplies such as paper goods, cleaning products, and service items.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks (e.g., mopping, sweeping, wiping surfaces).
• Support the kitchen and front-of-house teams with cleaning and organization as needed.

• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance, and frequently lift and bend from the waist
