Job Description

Seeking a dependable Powder Coat Painter to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to keep up with production demands in a physically active setting.

What You’ll Do:

Inspect raw materials for defects before coating

Mask and plug parts to protect non-painted areas

Apply powder coating using proper techniques and equipment

Adjust and operate powder coating systems and controls

Track and log powder usage and inventory

Identify and correct paint defects on finished parts

Perform basic maintenance on powder guns and booths

Communicate effectively and support cross-training across departments

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in powder coating or similar manufacturing role

Strong attention to detail and quality

Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues

Ability to work in a hot environment and maintain a steady pace

Comfortable lifting up to 50–65 lbs and performing repetitive movements

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Preferred:

Team lead or supervisory experience

Inventory management experience
