Do you have what it takes to assist with all aspects of Spectrum's purchasing process? As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will be responsible for reconciling purchase orders to invoices, working to resolve discrepancies while maintaining adherence to budget. In this role, your support will help create and maintain the network that powers America's largest companies, hospitals and government entities. 

How You'll Make an Impact 

  • Manage purchase orders through all stages
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships in the supplier community including minority vendors and diversity programs to enhance Spectrum's reputation in the communities served
  • Reconcile invoice and shipment discrepancies, and communicate results on issue resolution
  • Assist with capital budget preparation and ensure adherence to budget and other reports as required
  • Purchase and negotiate local maintenance agreements
