Are you ready to launch your career in purchasing and supply chain management? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to join a collaborative team where learning and growth are part of the culture.

This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement and inventory operations, with exposure to cross-functional teams and real-world supply chain challenges.

Duties include:

• Source materials and supplies to support production and operations.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, inventory levels, and vendor agreements.
• Communicate with suppliers to request quotes, follow up on orders, and resolve delivery issues.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment.
• Review purchase documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Process invoices, shipping receipts, and maintain organized records.
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, warehouse, sales) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities to improve inventory turnover.
• Provide administrative support to the purchasing team, including reporting and database updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ months of experience in purchasing / procurement (internships welcome).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
