Responsibilities
Provides oversight for Quality and Accreditation for assigned Northside care locations, external to the Northside Atlanta campus. Assists the Director and Vice President of Quality with organization wide projects and goals.
Qualifications
REQUIRED
Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or health care related field.Minimum of three (3) years combined experience in health care field in: Quality Improvement or Joint commission coordination, in hospital or ambulatory settings.Minimum of three (3) years of experience in data analysis and report writing.
PREFERRED
Master of Science degree
Supervisory experience
Training as team leader and facilitator
Certification in Health Care Quality.Provides clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, organizational ability, objective judgement, self-direction and motivation.Ability to function effectively with a wide variety of disciplines, including physicians and nurses.Make presentations on topics related to quality and regulatory issues.Able to participate as part of a team to accomplish an assigned project.
