Job Summary
The Recreation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the recreational activities offered at the Pool and Beach Area. He or She is responsible of ensuring the cleanliness and the proper supply and maintenance of the tools and equipment used in the mentioned area. He/she is also responsible for assisting the Director of Recreations with training, motivation and coaching of the staff, and monitoring expenses and controlling labor costs.
Education & Experience
- High School graduate.
- Experience in a related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field required.
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Able to work under different weather conditions.
- Able to lift/ pull/move 75 pounds.
- Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
