Your Role * Deliver preventive and periodontal care (prophy, SRP, perio maintenance) * Capture diagnostics including digital X-rays and intraoral photos * Educate patients clearly to build trust and treatment acceptance * Partner with doctors for co-diagnosis and comprehensive care * Maintain accurate documentation and sterile, organized operatories * Support smooth patient flow and efficient scheduling What We're Looking For * Active Kentucky Dental Hygiene License * Local anesthesia/nitrous certification (preferred) * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain without jargon * Comfortable with digital systems and modern dental technology * Detail-oriented with strong infection control standards * Growth mindset and collaborative, team-first attitude * Spanish-speaking skills are a plus Our Mission At First Choice Dental Center , patient experience comes first - and so does supporting our team.
