Job DescriptionProfessional Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) Float PoolFull timePosition Summary:Provides comprehensive professional nursing care to clinic patients, adhering strictly to established standards and best practices. This role is central to coordinating the patient journey, from initial contact and triage to education and follow-up, ensuring high-quality, seamless care delivery within a dynamic clinic environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care & Triage:Execute expert telephone triage, optimize patient flow, and coordinate all aspects of patient care.
  • Clinical Duties:Administer medications, perform patient assessments, interpret test results, and meticulously document all patient interactions and care provided. Enter orders precisely as directed by healthcare providers.
  • Education & Advising:Act as the subject matter expert for patient and family education, identifying specific learning needs and providing actionable advice and clinical recommendations.
  • Operational Support:Schedule patient appointments and delegate tasks to clinical staff, ensuring alignment with demonstrated competencies and professional scope of practice.
