Job DescriptionJob Title: Pediatric Physical Therapist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our pediatric care team. This is a day-shift position focused on providing high-quality therapy services to children with a variety of conditions. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping pediatric patients maximize mobility, manage pain, and achieve their highest level of function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations, supervision, and treatment sessions as needed.
• Examine each child and develop individualized treatment plans to improve movement, restore function, reduce/manage pain, and prevent disability.
• Consult with patients and families to understand medical history, conditions, and progress.
• Diagnose movement dysfunctions and implement evidence-based treatment strategies.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and recovery techniques.
• Provide interventions such as stimulation or massage to promote healing.
• Track and document patient progress toward therapy goals.

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy (Master’s or Doctorate required).
• Experience working with pediatrics strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Adaptability and openness to change in a dynamic care environment.
• Strong initiative and self-motivation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people skills.
