Job Title & Role Description

The Reporting Analys t is part of the Clinical Operations team and will report directly to the VP, Process Excellence. This role supports key analytics initiatives that drive decision-making, operational efficiency, and quality improvement across Upward Health. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that support our clinical and operational strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Extract data from data warehouses and other systems such as Salesforce Health Cloud (SFHC) and Athena.
• Design, develop, and maintain recurring reports to support standing meetings such as Key Operational Metrics, Client-Centric Reviews, etc.
• Create and maintain ad hoc reports on productivity, operational metrics, and report merging across sources.
• Manage operational role incentive data reporting, including preparation, validation, approval coordination, and submission to operations for
