Your New Role

• Diagnose, repair, and evaluate residential HVAC systems across the Austin, Texas area
• Present and sell high-value HVAC systems, ductwork, and indoor air quality solutions
• Generate and close equipment replacement opportunities while delivering excellent customer experience
• Perform service, maintenance, and inspections to identify repair and upgrade opportunities
• Provide accurate diagnostics and clearly communicate repair and replacement options
• Coordinate with technicians, sales team, and installers to ensure smooth job execution
• Size equipment and assist with ductwork design and material planning
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and proper inventory
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including evenings and weekends, with calls running as late as 9:00 PM
• Maintain punctuality, attend weekly meetings, and contribute to team performance through strong sales and service execution
• Continuously improve product knowledge, technical ability, and sales performance

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC repair and/or HVAC sales experience (5+ years preferred)
• EPA Type 2 certification or higher
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to work after hours, including on-call and weekends
• Availability to start within 2 weeks
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and sales skills
• Ability to generate revenue through equipment sales and service opportunities
• Ability to size HVAC systems and recommend appropriate solutions
• Ability to work extended hours, with calls running as late as 9:00 PM
