A growing fast-casual Mediterranean and Middle Eastern fusion concept is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume, campus-based restaurant. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, building high-performing teams, driving financial results, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Guest Experience
- Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Maintain operational standards, food safety compliance, and inventory controls.
- Resolve guest concerns and foster a customer-first culture.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant staff.
- Build a positive, high-performance work environment.
- Manage scheduling and labor to support business needs.
Financial Management
- Oversee P&L performance, labor costs, food costs, and profitability.
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve operational results.
- Control inventory and minimize waste.
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Support local marketing initiatives and campus partnerships.
- Build community relationships to increase guest traffic and brand awareness.
- Identify opportunities to grow sales and enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast-casual, QSR, or high-volume hospitality concepts.
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Strong financial acumen with P&L, budgeting, and cost control experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems.
- ServSafe certification preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually
