The RoleWe are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead and shape the guest experience of an intimate omakase counter.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in high-touch, detail-driven environments. The format is small. Expectations are high. Standards are non-negotiable.
The Restaurant Manager will oversee service standards, reservations, operational systems, and overall room energy each night.
