Apply techniques of RF test and characterization of components and circuits
Investigate, design, and apply product development process.
Perform basic research, testing/debugging, performance validation, quality control and deployment.
Support test fixture development with the use of the latest electronic and mechanical CAD software and pcb fabrication.
Immersion and growth in aspects of RF circuit design and pcb development.
Perform fundamental investigation(s), evaluation(s), application(s), and design implementation(s) of new and diverse technologies across multiple applications.
Work with highly motivated technical teammates consisting of software and hardware developers and be responsible for RF circuit design
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for simulating, validating system requirements, designing schematic and layout, and testing RF circuit boards.
- Responsible for Test, Verification and Validation of fabricated pcbs utilizing benchtop equipment.
- Creation of appropriate test plans for pcb designs.
- Collaborate with engineers and peers assigned to projects in cross disciplined engineering fields.
- Able to troubleshoot circuits.
- Perform all functional duties independently.
Qualifications:
Required:
- BSEE (MSEE desired) and minimum of 10+ years of RF design experience.
- Knowledge or experience with analog and digital RF circuits.
- Knowledge of basic electrical circuits, such as power supply design.
- Knowledge or experience with simulating RF circuits for gain, NF, P1dBm, etc.
- Experience in the use of RF test equipment like network and spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, mixed signal generators, power meters.
- Able to design, and support fabrication and assembly of PCBs containing surface mount and through-hole components.
- There is no clearance requirement to begin employment. As a requirement of continued employment, you will be required to obtain a clearance.
Desired:
- Mentor and/or Altium Designer experience.
- Microwave Office experience.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
